1. Overview
We want every client to feel confident about working with us. This Refund Policy describes when refunds may be available, how to request one, and the timescales involved. It applies to services purchased directly from Fitoearthur and should be read alongside any individual service agreement, which will take precedence where there is a difference.
2. Services covered
Our offering generally falls into two groups: tailored consulting engagements and educational products such as workbooks or briefing materials. Because these are different in nature, the refund arrangements for each are explained separately below.
3. Consulting engagements
Consulting engagements are scheduled and prepared specifically for your organisation. Where you cancel before any preparatory work has begun, you are entitled to a full refund of any amount paid. Where preparation or delivery has already started, we will refund the portion of the fee that relates to work not yet carried out, less any reasonable costs already incurred on your behalf.
3.1 Sessions already delivered
Fees for sessions or written deliverables that have already been provided are generally non-refundable, as the work has been completed. If you are not satisfied with a delivered piece of work, please tell us, and we will discuss a fair resolution in good faith.
4. Educational products
For downloadable or digital educational products, refunds are available where the material has not yet been accessed or downloaded, in line with applicable consumer law. Once a digital product has been accessed, the right to a refund may be limited, as set out in the cooling-off section below. We will always consider genuine issues, such as a file that cannot be opened, and put them right.
5. Cancellations
You may cancel a booked engagement by contacting us in writing. We ask for as much notice as possible so that we can free up the time for others. The amount refundable on cancellation depends on how much work has been completed and how close to the scheduled date the cancellation is made, as described in section 3.
6. Cooling-off period
Where you are a consumer entering into a contract at a distance, you may have a statutory cooling-off period of 14 days during which you can cancel for any reason. If you ask us to begin a service within that period and the service is then fully performed, your right to cancel may end. For digital content, the cooling-off right may end once you have given express consent to immediate access and acknowledged that the right to cancel will be lost.

- Your name and the organisation you represent, if applicable.
- The service or product concerned and the date of purchase.
- A brief explanation of your reason for requesting a refund.
We will acknowledge your request promptly and let you know what happens next.
8. Refund timeline
Where a refund is due, we aim to process it within 14 days of agreeing the amount. Refunds are made using the same payment method you used originally, unless we agree otherwise. The time it takes for funds to appear in your account may vary depending on your payment provider.
We will always confirm the agreed refund amount with you in writing before processing it, so there are no surprises.
9. Exceptions
Certain items may not be eligible for a refund, including services that have been fully delivered to the agreed standard and bespoke materials prepared specifically for you that cannot reasonably be reused. Any such exceptions will be made clear in your service agreement before you commit.
10. Your statutory rights
Nothing in this policy affects your statutory rights as a consumer under the laws of England and Wales, including rights relating to services carried out with reasonable care and skill. This policy is intended to sit alongside those rights, not to replace them.
11. Changes to this policy
We may update this Refund Policy from time to time. Any changes will be reflected in the date shown at the top of this page and will apply to purchases made after the update. The policy that applied at the time of your purchase will govern that purchase.
